Move and Be Moved at Crescent Lotus Dance Studio
8 weeks of instruction in n.o.madic tribal's unique style of tribal bellydance. Each class will begin with a yoga warmup, as well as strength and balance training and will end with a full stretch to help you gain flexibility. The bulk of the class will be devoted to learning a choreography that we will perform at the end of the 8 weeks.

Mardi will teach fun combos, including layered yumminess. The workshop will include a dance-based warm-up full of drills and a brief cool down. Registration is limited to 20 participants, so you'll get the benefit of small group instruction with the master of fusion herself.
